HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Your order can be canceled at any time before it is shipped. Please call customer service at 1-800-277-3727 for assistance.

WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS "BACK ORDERED?"
If an item you ordered is on "Back Order" then we will keep you updated on the status of when you can expect your item to ship. In the meantime, any additional supplies you order will be shipped separately to you without any additional shipping cost.

WHAT SORT OF PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We cannot accept Paypal payments.  If you would like to pay by check, please remember to allow enough time for the check to clear before your order is shipped. We accept only Wire Transfers outside the U.S. and Canada.

Your shopping cart is not accepting my credit card.  What should I do?
Our shopping cart is built with anti-fraud protection. Sometimes the card will be declined because of an address mis-match or for other reasons. Please contact us if you are encountering problems with the shopping cart and we will do all we can to assist you in placing your order.

IS YOUR SITE SECURE?
We do not share any client information with any other agency or company. We know that shopping via the Internet can be daunting and we pledge to provide our customers with the utmost respect and privacy by keeping all information confidential.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped within 5 business days. Air shipments will receive priority processing.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
Our standard shipping is UPS ground 3-5 day delivery. You may also choose UPS 2-Day Service or Next Day Air for an additional charge.

HOW DO I TRACK THE SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER?
You should receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.  If you did not receive this email within 5 days of placing your order please Call 1-800-277-3727.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE SHIPPING CHARGES?
We ship via UPS which charges by the weight of the package. Please note that many of our emergency survival kits, emergency food, and emergency water supplies are somewhat heavy items.

International orders and/or shipments may be subject to additional import fees for which Quake Kare, Inc. is not responsible for paying. Thanks for your understanding.

TAXES AND DUTY
Quakekare is not responsible and has no control over additional customs fees/taxes/duty levied by the country of import. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. You may return items in new and unused condition within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If returned for any other reason, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders are examined on a case-by-case basis.

Returns must be authorized in advance. To request a refund and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please send your request for a return to Customerservice@quakekare.com. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an RMA.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Once you have received an RMA, please repack return items in the original packaging (including the Packing Slip or Sales Receipt, and RMA) and ship all returns to the following address:
